A DC Native With A Passion For City Life



Born and raised in Washington, DC, Mariasha thrives on enjoying everything the city has to offer. The monuments and the museums, the history of the Hill, the diverse neighborhoods with their exciting nightlife, the amazing cuisine, and the pandas at the Zoo, make this city the best place to call home. The rich cultural diversity of the region is truly unmatched. She has always felt that in addition to being our nation's capitol, Washington is truly where North meets South and East meets West and she loves that the world recognizes how DC always has an aura of excitement, the feeling that at any moment something of great importance is about to happen.

After graduating from nearby Montgomery Blair High School as a student of humanities in the prestigious Communication Arts Program, Mariasha attended Temple University where she studied Political Science. After spending several years as a corporate trainer for a national restaurant chain, she was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and decided instead to focus on building a career centered around her passions: connecting with people and her love for intelligent design. She brings to her Real Estate practice a commitment to providing superior client experiences fueled by her desire for success, extensive skills in customer relations, and delivering client satisfaction. She has an ability to multi-task, problem solve, and thrive in a high pressure environment and enjoys interacting with individuals from all walks of life. She is multi-lingual with advanced knowledge of Spanish and is fluent in American Sign Language.

Mariasha has always chosen to immerse herself in positive work environments and has found that the real estate field uniquely allows for application of her enthusiasm in using her knowledge and passion to promote property ownership in the DC area. She has developed an extensive and diverse client base, and in addition to recognizing her responsibility to continually further her knowledge of the business, she also proudly calls upon a vast network of professional resources in furtherance of her clients' needs. She combines her love for "DC's Charm" with excellent abilities in forming and maintaining productive relationships.

Mariasha is deeply devoted to her family as well as being dedicated to serving our community at large. She is committed to spreading good fortune as far and wide as possible through various volunteer and charitable venues. She is an extensive world traveler but is just as likely to be found boating the waters nearby on the gorgeous Eastern Shore. She fills her additional leisure time pursuing other significant interests such as, dance, theater, food and wine, fashion, literature, and yoga.
